What does my reservation time mean?
The reservations are for check in times. This allows us to spread out the arrival of guests. Some will arrive early, some will arrive late. We will do our best to accommodate everyone. The check in time is the time you should be arriving to check in for waivers and redeem your purchase for haunt passes. From there, you will be staged in to the haunt queue line.
What is the age requirement?
This year our haunt remains a 12+ recommended show. Having said this, you know your children better than we do. We will allow kids from the age of 8 and up. Children younger than 8 years old will only be able to ride the Outbreak Zombie Thrill Ride. Children less than 5 years old will not be allowed past the entrance under any circumstance. Infants cannot be carried through the haunt.
Why are waivers required?
Our insurance requires everyone entering our property to complete a waiver whether you are a minor or an adult.
If I have already filled out a waiver for Red Dot Paintball, do I need to do another one?
Yes, please use the confirmation link "Sign My Waiver" to complete a waiver that will link your waiver to the ticket reservations. This will ensure the fastest check in.
Why are refunds not allowed?
We have very limited reserved spots available. If you do not show up, it is impossible to sell your spot. You have purchased a ticket and your confirmation is the ticket purchase until exchanged for wristbands at the door. Make sure you report to us any issues you may see on your confirmation within 1 hour and in all cases prior to your reservation start time.

Can you still do Outbreak Zombie Thrill Ride by itself?
New for 2023, we now offer the Zombie Thrill Ride as a double feature!! Simply book a regular haunt ticket using the Buy Now buttons above. When you come to the haunt let us know you want the "Outbreak Only Option". We will escort you to the Thrill Ride where you will be able to ride twice back to back and shoot two full hoppers of paintballs at our live zombies. Extra rounds of ammo are available as an add on to your ticket purchase.
Are the actors allowed to touch me?
Actors will not intentionally make contact with the guests.
What is included in the VIP package?
There will be priority and dedicated check in available to VIP guests, as well as VIP line queues and a Field of Screams t-shirt included in the package.
